Dr. Soto was absolutely wonderful along with her team. My 6 year-old has been petrified of dentists, but felt completely comfortable with her and the very patient and kind staff. Our daughter felt at ease, smiling and even laughing. Dr. Soto was very knowledgeable about the latest treatments that other dentists have never mentioned to us before. Her sleeping, breathing and attention span directly affected by the narrow space below nasal airways due to teeth positioning which has been interrupting her sleep, She was highly recommended to us by friends we trust. Very happy we went there.

Had an appointment for dental cleaning with hygienist Martha. She is awesome. As always the entire office from reception , billing, and medical staff are A1.

I have been a patient at Smile Institute for over 15 years, and I can confidently say that the entire staff is excellent. From the front desk to the dental assistants and hygienists, everyone is professional, friendly, and attentive.

Throughout the years, I have undergone numerous procedures, and each experience has been positive. The staff takes the time to explain each step of the process, ensuring I feel comfortable and informed. The practice is always clean and well-maintained, which adds to the overall positive experience.

This is my 2nd go round with the Invisalign process, since I wasn't given a retainer by my last dentist in 2019! So my teeth shifted. Dr. Soto and her staff did such a great job throughout the process. I even had a Gum Graft procedure. Keeping my teeth is so important. I'm so happy that my Virginia dentist reccomended Dr. Karla Soto. Now that I live in Florida, year round, I will have all my dental needs done at her office.

I had such a fabulous experience here. I never felt so cared for by a dental office. I will be going back in two weeks to develop a full dental plan to get my teeth on track. My cleaning was incredible. My teeth already feel and look so much better.

Professional, kind and courteous staff with a state of the art immaculate office. But the real prize is in experiencing the knowledge and excellence portrayed in Dr Sotos work and talent. She has a calm, comforting chair-side manor and she is an artist and a true problem solver. She is very much appreciated by many including myself and my family!

I recently brought my granddaughter in for her first visit, and I couldn’t be more pleased with the experience. Dr Garcia was extremely professional, knowledgeable, and made us feel comfortable right away. The entire staff including Martha and Jenny were welcoming and attentive, taking the time to explain everything in detail.
They were especially thorough when discussing my granddaughter’s treatment and clearly outlined the next steps for her dental care, which I really appreciated. It’s reassuring to know she’s in such capable hands.

The staff at Smile Institute is very warm and friendly (all women, by the way). The Hygienist, Martha, is very pleasant, detail-oriented and genuinely cares about the patient's comfort.

I love them , Dra Garcia is amazing , all the girls in the front and the girls taking care of the patients are so nice, I know Dra Molero for more than 15 years but I stop going to the dentist for 10 years , yes 10 years, sad history so I was very nervous , now I’m happy. Teeth cleaning at Smile Institute 😁

I had my first cleaning today at Smile, and it was absolutely amazing! 🤩 Martha was so gentle yet firm, and the cleaning was incredibly thorough. For the first time in ages, I didn’t feel any pain during the cleaning. Did I mention how thorough Martha and the rest of Dr. Soto’s team were? I drove all the way from Sunrise to Boca for this appointment, and I’m already looking forward to doing it again! 🥰🫶🏾 Gracias, madre y todos los demás que ayudaron a que esta experiencia fuera tan agradable🤎 🤗🫶🏾
