Suzie has been a staple at Smile Institute for over six years, with more than 20+ years of total experience. Suzie is a customer service expert and loves connecting with her patients.  Suzie loves spending time with the family, going to the beach, being outside, and traveling.

Jessica has worked for Smile Institute for over three years and has over seven years of experience in her field! Jessica is an absolute athlete! She has participated in triathlons all over the country, and Hawaii was her favorite!

Martha has been a Certified Registered Dental Hygienist for 25+ years, half of which has been with Dr. Molero. Martha loves theatre, has a passion for musicals, and loves to make jokes with all of her patients!

Monica is a passionate dental hygienist with a love for adventure and fun both in and out of the clinic. When she is not helping patients achieve their best oral health and a sparkly smile, you can find her having long walks with her dog, reading a nice book with a cup of coffee, or practicing yoga outdoors or at home. She loves to travel, practice some paddle boarding, and any similar activity to get away from the routine and start a new challenge!

And that’s why at the Smile Institute is not difficult to provide such care having such an amazing team and role models to be coaches and be the positive influence for our patients’ oral health and have a little fun while at it.”

Jenny has been committed to Smile Institute for her entire career for 15+ years! Jenny is multi-talented, not only an artist in dentistry but a culinary artist as a pastry chef!

Johanna is one of the newest additions to the Smile Institute team but has 20+ years of experience as a dental assistant. She loves traveling, spending time with her family, and going to the beach!
