Suzie has been a staple at Smile Institute for over six years, with more than 20+ years of total experience. Suzie is a customer service expert and loves connecting with her patients.  Suzie loves spending time with the family, going to the beach, being outside, and traveling.

Martha has been a Certified Registered Dental Hygienist for 25+ years, half of which has been with Dr. Molero. Martha loves theatre, has a passion for musicals, and loves to make jokes with all of her patients!

Jenny has been committed to Smile Institute for her entire career for 15+ years! Jenny is multi-talented, not only an artist in dentistry but a culinary artist as a pastry chef!

Alejandra began her career at Smile Institute and has been working as a dental assistant for five years. Outside of work, she enjoys traveling and spending quality time with her family!

Andrea began her career in dentistry at Smile Institute, where she quickly developed a true passion for helping others. Outside of work, she enjoys spending time by the ocean, traveling with her family, and serving at her church.

“I love being able to meet a patient from the very beginning and be part of their journey every step of the way, coordinating every detail along the process. It is incredibly fulfilling to know that my piece of the puzzle can help change someone’s life. I also treasure my team deeply, they truly are family.”

Thalia is originally from Ecuador; she is the 8th of 9 children her parents raised. Her grandfather was a dentist, and her father a Doctor of medicine. She has been a dental hygienist for 27 years in Florida. Outside of work, Thalia spends time with her wonderful husband. They like to walk their chocolate lab called Newton. She enjoys gardening, Formula 1 racing, and walks at the beach.

Caroline graduated as a dentist in her home country, Brazil, in 1999. Since moving to the United States, she has gained over eight years of valuable experience working as a dental assistant, continuing to grow professionally and expand her knowledge on the dental field. When she is not working, she loves to go to the beach with her family.
